DOMESTIC SHIPPING + HANDLING
Orders are shipped on Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturdays. In most situations your purchase should arrive within 3-5 business days. We will send a tracking number upon sending out your order via email.
Each item is carefully packaged and should arrive as expected, in the event that is does not please email us immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org
Your cost for shipping is based upon where you live and the time frame you choose for shipping. Ideally the cost should be $5.95 for all items under 3lbs.
Our shipping standard is 3-5 business days, if you would like overnight or 2 day please contact our customer service department (we should be able to accommodate).
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we definitely want to make you pleased and only accept exchanges at this time.
Exchanges may take place if you are unsatisfied with an item as long as it is within 7 days, unused/worn, non damaged, & in the same condition as upon arrival.
